Training and development

Totem Scaffolding actively promotes the professional development of its workforce to maintain the highest level of safety and efficiency for your project. We finance team training provided by CITB affiliated colleges, including Construction Industry Scaffolding Record Scheme (CISRS), Supervisor, Management, First Aid, HGV and Construction Plant courses which lead to nationally recognised qualifications.

We hold regular toolbox talks to provide our workforce with the opportunity for development and learning. We give updates on business changes, discuss relevant site safety issues and maintain records of PPE safety wear, tools and equipment inspections.
